Issue Summary

Clicking on the See older issues in Kanban Board will redirect the user to the Issue Navigator results, but the JQL is broken and hence throws an error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any Kanban Board.
2. You should be in the List view.
3. Click on See older issues option

Expected Results

The JQL should return the results as ran in the board's filter query.

Actual Results

Returns the following error:

Issue does not exist or you do not have permission to see it 

Workaround

First assure you are in the "Detail View" - then: 

1. You could remove the '%7D' from the URL and refresh the page, or
2. You can rerun the search(JQL).
