Branch name containing issue key should recognize commits without inserting key in the commit message

      In Jira 6.1 creating branches from Jira was added which now provides a structured naming convention to branches. I would like to be able to leave out the issue key from commits and still have the commits show in Jira. While you may not want this to be the default behavior it would be nice if it was an option.
