      Issue Summary

      Seeing an error message "Something went wrong on our end" when opening tickets in the issue view(not preview or pop-up view, only in full issue view). See screenshot below:

      This error is Intermittent.

      Steps to Reproduce

      This behavior is intermittent and cannot be replicated at will. When opening Jira tickets in the full issue view and opening several tickets, an error message may appear at some point.

      Expected Results

      When opening Jira tickets in the full issue view, no errors should be displayed.

      Actual Results

      "Something went wrong on our end" error message is displayed.

      Workaround

      A suggested workaround for Brave Browser users is:

      1. Disable the Brave shield.
      2. Access Jira and accept cookies.
      3. Re-enable the Brave shield.

      If you're experiencing this problem in a different browser, a helpful step:
      Check if is there any ad blocker extension, like Ad Block or Ghostery:

      1. Disable the Extension
      2. Clear cookies and cache
