Builds reporting as failed on Jira when the latest builds have been passing

      Problem

      The Azure DevOps for Jira (Official) app displays failed builds when the last build was successful

      Suggested Solution

      To avoid silent data loss, the  Development Panel shows the number of failed builds. It's good to know when a build fails. But when the issue that caused it to fail has been fixed and the next build is successful, then let's show that.

      Why This Is Important

      However, the customer wants to use the status of the last build to continue with his Jira workflow.
