Filter the "Assignee" list based on Quick Filter Issue results

      Summary :

      Currently, the Assignee list is filtered based on the Board filter setting.

       

      Customer Use Case:
      The list of assignees is returned and there are 50 results (all assignees on a board level -> which is correct, but when we select one quick filter we got 10 tickets on a board but the assignee list is still full).

      Suggestion:

      Please provide the ability to filter the assignee's list dynamically based on Quick Filter Issue results.
