Add support for Gitlab hosted privately or publicly.

Workaround

You can either:

Use the free app released by Gitlab. Please notice that it is now possible to also use the free app to integrate with self-hosted Gitlab, as documented in: Install the GitLab.com for Jira Cloud app for self-managed instances
Follow the instructions in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/integrations/jira.html
