Hello - 

We had a working integration with our Jira cloud instance edmunds.atlassian.net and a Jira user that we had set up a couple of years ago.  The username = autocreate and the email address was a google group alias zapier@edmunds.com.

The integration was working fine for a period of time but stopped working earlier this week ~Tuesday 7/2/19.  We believe it is because the password for this user is no longer work.

I contacted our internal IT team and they recommended that we contact Jira support for resolution.  Given that we have moved over to single sign-on with google authentication, they don't have the ability to reset the password for this user.  Can you please advise us on how to proceed?
