After a long researching session attempting to understand why my team's smart commits where inconsistently showing, I finally figured out that there is a scheduler who's default is set to 60-minute intervals for syncing. Is it possible for that interval to be set to 30 minutes? I understand that takes more server power, but I have seen many people asking for shorter times as well and think it would greatly benefit the community. I understand that this power is given to those who host JIRA on their own, but unfortunately that's not an option for my team and I don't believe we're the only ones.
