Summary

Smart commits are not working for the DVCS integration with either Github of Bitbucket.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Link JIRA with Github/Bitbucket
2. Perform a Smart commit to a JIRA issue, i.e:

   <Issue-Key> #comment jira cloud commit
   

Expected Results

This should link a commit in this JIRA issue and also make a comment "jira cloud commit", since this is a smart commit action.

Actual Results

Currently the smart commit operation does not work, although the commit itself is correctly linked with the JIRA issue.
