Summary

After setting up the integration between JIRA and GitHub, the Development Tool Panel is not showing though the users have View Development Tools permission

Steps to Reproduce

1. Register JIRA application in GitHub as guided in https://help.github.com/articles/integrating-jira-with-your-projects/
2. In JIRA instance (eg: example.atlassian.net), Administration > Applications
3. DVCS Accounts > Link GitHub account
4. Under Host, choose GitHub from the dropdown menu.
5. Under Team or User Account, type the name of your GitHub account.
6. Key in the Client ID and Client Secret.
7. Add.
8. Review the permissions that you are granting to your GitHub and click Authorize application.
9. Go to any issue to check the whether the Development Tool Panel is showing.

Expected Results

Development Tools Panel will be shown in View Issue Screen after integrated successfully.

Actual Results

Development Tools Panel is not showing after the integration.

Notes

• Development Tools Panel is working fine for Bitbucket integration.
