Summary

Commits are not being displayed on the issues' developmnet panel and smart commits are not working for Github integration.
The commits are not shown on the Development Panel and if a comment is added to the commit message, this comment is not added to the issue. If the workflow has a transition with a trigger, the transition works as expected.

Environment

• JIRA Cloud integrated with Github

Steps to Reproduce

• Perform a commit with a message. e.g.: KEY-1 # comment test

Expected Results

Commands added to the commit message are performed and the commit is shown on the Development Panel

Actual Results

The commit is not listed on the Development Panel and the commands on commit message fail
