Current behavior

In a Team-managed project, when you have an issue type with required fields, it’s only possible to use the in-line card create in the initial status of the board - the option is not available for the other statuses.

In this condition, when you try the ICC in the initial status the Global Issue Create will open to fill in the required fields, which does not happen with the other statuses - it prohibits the creation with a warning.

Additionally to that, in the mobile app and in the same project, it’s possible to use the in-line card create in any status, as it will ask the user to fill in the required fields.

Workaround

As a workaround, the user needs to either use the Global Issue Create at the top (as it works and allows to select the status) or create the issue in the initial status and transition it to the right status.

Suggested behavior

It would really help to be able to use the in-line card create in any status on the web as it currently works in the mobile app.
