"Something went wrong" error message when trying to view all items in the Worked On board in the personal page

      Atlassian Update - June 3rd, 2024

After some analysis we've found that this issue has been duplicated by the issue at JRACLOUD-83909: Worked on -> View all button in the profile settings reaches unavailable page. This is a current and verified bug in Jira Cloud, please watch that issue for further updates and more detailed workarounds.

The system shows an error when the user tries to view all items in the personal page from a project.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to the Project > Teams and select any collaborator
      2. On the collaborator page, click on the View All link

Ths system should list all items related to the user but it shows an error message:

      Something went wrong

We keep track of these errors, but feel free to contact us if refreshing doesn’t fix things.
