Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Jira cloud.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your user-preferred language to other language than English
2. Try to delete the issue 
3. 2 step modal will appear, asking you to type " delete " in English. If your preferred language is set to anything other than English, it does not accept " delete " in other language

Expected Results

It should accept " delete " in user preferred language 

Actual Results

Users are required to type " delete " in English mandatorily. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
