Issue Summary

The Application title isn't displayed in the New Navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. The New Navigation(EAP)must be enabled in the site.
2. Per the documentation - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-the-look-and-feel-of-jira-applications/ make sure the option Show on dashboard sidebar is enabled.
3. Navigate to Settings>System>General configuration>Advanced settings
4. Make sure you add an Application title and save it.

Expected Results

The added Application title must be displayed under the Logo(top left corner of the Jira screen).

Actual Results

The added Application title isn't displayed under the Logo.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
