Currently, after deleting a dashboard, it is sent to the trash as mentioned in  Archive, delete, or restore a dashboard. However, there is no option to permanently delete, with the only option to wait 60 days.

It would be helpful to have the option to permanently delete items from the trash, similar to how projects are managed. This feature would assist in maintaining a tidy administration interface and/or prevent complications when performing a fresh remigration of dashboards during migration testing.
