Support app post-functions/validators/conditions in the new workflow editor in Team managed project workflows

      Problem

      When using the new workflow editor in the Team managed project workflows, it is not possible to add post-functions/validators/conditions provided by third-party apps.

      Suggested resolution

      Provide support for third-party post-functions/validators/conditions in the new workflow editor.

      Workaround

      Switch back to the old editor to add the post-functions/validators/conditions.
