Ability to restrict Export word in a single issue

      Issue : Ability to restrict Export word in a single issue

      Summary:

      • Presently any user who has browse permission can export a single issue via word
      • There is no permission to restrict this 

      Suggestion

      It would be great if there a feature to restrict this
