With the introduction of the "New issue transition experience", the timelog has been changed into collapsible timelog however in the Old issue transition experience, the timelog field is not collapsible.

Kindly disable the collapsible timelog field in the "New issue transition experience". Additionally, allow the input of 0m in the timelog field in the "New issue transition experience" as well.
