Disable "Collapsible Timelog" field in the "New issue transition experience"

      With the introduction of the "New issue transition experience", the timelog has been changed into collapsible timelog however in the Old issue transition experience, the timelog field is not collapsible.

      Kindly disable the collapsible timelog field in the "New issue transition experience". Additionally, allow the input of 0m in the timelog field in the "New issue transition experience" as well.

            my production team is required to always enter the amount of time that they worked on their issues when transitioning them. The new collapsed time log means that they need to do one more click each time so that they can enter something - this is really annyoing and uncomfortable, so we would appreciate if it could be expanded by default - after all, the time log field is on the transition screen for a reason.
