Issue Summary
Log Work field should expand by default in the New Issue Transition experience. Currently, the user has to expand it to add details to it .
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Resolution screen with Log Work field added to it.
- Add a transition screen to the workflow when transiting the issue to Done
- Transition the issue to Done

Workaround
In the personal settings of the user, you can turn off the New Issue Transition experience.
It's another unnecessary click. Please roll back so that the time can be logged without prior click
