Allow the auto-population of fields when creating a linked issue in a Business project (both company and team-managed). 

Previously, fields in the create issue screen were auto-populated from the original (source) issue when a linked issue was created by clicking on '+ Add' > Linked issue > '+ Create linked issue'.
