We used the new CSV importer to place a file in an S3 bucket with IP restrictions and tried to import it as an attachment, but the file could not be attached.

We have already allowed the IP addresses listed in the document below.

However, we can attach the same file from the S3 bucket using the old importer.
This is a gap that the new importer should support.
