In the old issue search, you used to be able to right click on "Export issues to CSV" (either all or default fields) and grab the URL for the export link to use in 3rd party addons, such as power BI.

Currently in the new issue search, this is not possible at all as it looks like the link itself was replaced with a javascript script or otherwise instead as it pops up an export box detailing the progress of the export. Either allowing users to grab the export hyperlink or providing it within the new export box would allow users to continue using this functionality that other third party addons may rely on.
