Issue Summary

Smart links with the pattern 'https://testintance.atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=10011' will incorrectly render the link description with Chinese characters. The following will be displayed:

"错误  - Jira"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a link to your Jira Comment with the following pattern:

https://testintance.atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=10011 

1. Replace "testinstance" with a valid instance.
2. You will observe the Smart Link will display some Chinese Characters that means 'Error'.

Expected Results

The summary rendered should be in English language, not in Chinese.

Actual Results

Chinese characters are being displayed instead.

Workaround

You can edit the Smart Link and specify the display text.
