Copy pasting image from external source with added border to Jira comments results in error.

We couldn't save your comment
It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open external site with picture on page (e.g. Google, email with picture attached)
2. Select and copy the content.
3. Paste as a comment to Jira issue.
4. Add a border to the image OR link an URL
5. Try to save comment

Expected Results

The comment can be added

Actual Results

The following error is returned and unable to save the comment:
