After disabling the Product Recommendations in the System settings, there is no way to confirm whether the product recommendations are enabled or disabled. Please check screenshot below for your reference:

Adding ability to check if product recommendations are enabled or disabled from the UI will allow customers to easily verify their settings and make informed about the status of this feature.
