Issue Summary

Dashboard share(Viewers or Editors) shows "Unknown project" when the Jira admin add project role to dashboard who dose not belong.

Steps to Reproduce

1. login as UserA with Jira product admin license
2. create projectA and remove UserA from people
3. create dashboardA and set "Viewers" or "Editor" Project/projectA/any role(ex.all roles).
4. Dashboards > [View all dashboards]
5. dashboardA [More actions] > [Rename or share dashboard]
6. Viewers show "Unknown project".
   
7. {}Caution{} If click [Save] in this status, "ProjectA role" setting is deleted and set "Private".

the userB who has projectA role, can see dashboard A is "shared with" projectA.

Expected Results

project role that was set should be displayed.

Actual Results

"Unknown project" displayed.

Workaround

Add project role that was set on dashboard, to the user.

and you can see which project is set on dashboard from System settings > [dashboard], Jira admin can see which project was set as "shared with".
