Issue Summary

When the New issue transition experience is enabled having dropdown fields on the transition screen causes an issue where the dropdown field overlaps or covers the below dropdown fields and the user needs to select the option from the dropdown and then click elsewhere for that value to be picked and the dropdown list to collapse which wasn't the case in the old issue experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. login into the site 
2. Go to any project and access any issues that have a screen configured for a transition.
3. Transition the issue to that status and observe when accessing the value for the dropdown field even when you select the field in the dropdown it doesn't collapse the dropdown list and still stays until user clicks elsewhere.

Expected Results

The dropdown list should collapse once one of the values from the list is selected.

Actual Results

Currently the list of dropdown values doesn't collapse even when value is selected from the dropdown.

Workaround

Turn off New issue transition experience from under personal settings
