Issue Summary
Jira tickets display a blank screen when accessed using Firefox, while they load correctly in Chrome, Edge, and other browsers. This issue appears to be affecting multiple sites, but not universally across all sites. Support was able to replicate with an affected customers site but not able to replicate using the same conditions in an internal site.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Firefox
- Attempt to access a Jira ticket by:
- Clicking a direct link from a bookmark or email.
- Typing the ticket number directly in the URL bar.
- Opening the ticket link in a new tab or window using right-click or middle-click.
- Opening a ticket via Notifications.
- Alternatively, copy a Jira ticket link from another browser and paste it into Firefox.
Expected Results
The Jira ticket should load and display correctly in Firefox, similar to its behavior in Chrome and Edge.
Actual Results
A blank page is displayed with only the ticket number in the browser tab title.
The issue persists even after clearing the cache and reinstalling Firefox.
Tickets can only be viewed by searching for them from the Jira dashboard and selecting them from the search results within the same tab.
The browser console log contains various Content-Security-Policy errors.
Workaround
Access Jira tickets via Chrome or Edge if possible.
