Currently, the mobile app's "Create Issue" notifications are managed by the project's notification scheme for creating issues. With the new Notification Settings available under Personal Settings, users can choose to receive email and in-app notifications for specific projects. However, there is no option to opt out of mobile push notifications at this time. This means that if the notification scheme is configured to send "Create Issue" alerts, users will continue to receive notifications on their mobile devices. Additionally, opting out of email notifications in the Notification settings will not affect mobile notifications; users will still receive them.

Suggestion:
In some cases, users may prefer to receive only push notifications and not email notifications for particular projects. Allowing users to configure push notifications on a per-project basis would provide them with greater control over their notification preferences.
