Issue Summary

Delayed non-English translation on the left panel of the view issue screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch language preferences to a non-English language like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, etc in https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
2. Go to any Jira Cloud issue. For example https://<sitename>.atlassian.net/browse/<issue_key>

Expected Results

Translations happen immediately for all menu items and fields.

Actual Results

Delayed translations on the left panel. Menus appear briefly in English before the translation happens.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
