Issue: Ability to Notify Users when an Issue is Archived 

Summary : 

Currently, the archive issue is being rolled out as per feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-5843 and only users with Archive issue permission can archive the issue

Presently under the project notification scheme, there is no notification for archive issues.

So when an issue is archived no user is notified about the same. ( example assignee, reporter, watcher etc)

When the user navigates to the archive issue panel in the project then only the user will be able to understand that the issue is archived.

Suggestions:
It would be great to have an archive issue added to the project notification scheme so users get notified when the issue is archived. This would help in case any user is searching for that issue
