Issue Summary
When modifying the custom field option, it does not synchronize with the JQL search. This issue occurs due to the presence of an outdated value in the cache utilized by Jira Scalable Issue Search (JSIS). As a result of this stale value, JSIS is unable to provide the correct results.
Steps to Reproduce
- Rename option in custom field.
- Do the JQL search for the renamed option.
Expected Results
It should return tickets tagged with the renamed option.
Actual Results
Results are intermittent.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
