Issue Summary

Company-managed project workflow edited in NewEditor doesn't respect the changes in OldEditor. Changes reappear in oldEditor or vice versa.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit workflow in the old editor
   
   
2. switch to editor to open in new workflow editor
   
3. workflow open in newEditor
   
   #Make changes and update workflow (removed orphan status)
   
   
4. Now, open workflow from Project settings >> workflow >> choose workflow >> edit in Old editor.
   
   Changes are reverted in OldEditor (deleted orpha status appears)

Expected Results

Changes done in one editor should be consistent with another editor.

Actual Results

Changes made to workflow in newEditor should be consistent in oldEditor.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
