Issue Summary

Text searches timeout after 60 seconds when using the text search input in the issue navigator without providing other filters in XL instances.

This is also the case when landing in the issue navigator after performing a quick search in the Jira top nav.

Steps to Reproduce

From Issue navigator

1. Use an instance with a large amount of issues created
2. Go to the issue navigator (URL: `/issues`)
3. Perform a text search using the text input of the issue navigator.

From Jira top nav Quicksearch

1. Use an instance with a large amount of issues created
2. Perform a text search using the text input in the Jira topnav
3. Click "View all issues" on the bottom of the quicksearch dialog

Expected Results

The issue navigator loads the issues matching the text search

Actual Results

The issue navigator load for 60s and then timeout without providing any issues.

Workaround

• Avoid triggering a text search from the input without providing other filters.
• Try searching using the specific field you are looking for:
  1. Click "More" dropdown
  2. Search for the field you intend to search
  3. Add the field to JQL Builder and perform a search with it.
