Allow changing the site URL in email notifications to the custom domain on sites with a custom domain configured.

      On sites with a custom domain configured, email notifications still contain a link to the <site-name>.atlassian.net domain instead of the site's custom domain. This can cause some confusion for users. Therefore, it would be great to have an option to change this to the site's custom domain.

            We put a lot of effort in security awareness programs for our users. An important message to them is to check links in emails before clicking them. So having email notifications include the custom domains is quite essential for us.
