Ability to Remove Custom Field (LOCKED) from Application after a product removal.

      When a customer removes a product, for example, JSM, all locked fields are maintained in the Jira site, and there's no way to remove them because of the impact that may cause on the Jira site.

      We would like to be able to Remove the Custom Fields (LOCKED) from the Application after a product removal.
