"View Issue" button in mention notification redirected customer to JIRA issue instead of portal

      Issue Summary

      When Atlassian account Jira Service Desk customers received mention notification and click View Issue button , it didn't redirect to the issue page in Customer Portal , but it goes to JIRA issue view page with "You don't have access to this issue" error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Atlassian Account Jira Service Desk customer (Atlassian account without any application access)
      2. Create issue on behalf of the customer
      3. As agent , view issue via JIRA
      4. Mention the customer
      5. Customer will receive mention notification and click the View Issue to view the issue. For example the link will be :-
        https://gohappyalways.atlassian.net/browse/THUR-7?atlOrigin=eyJpIjoiN2M1YTQwMDRkNjMyNDNkM2EzNmFmMjkwNGU3OGNhZGQiLCJwIjoiaiJ9

      Expected Results

      The link redirects to the issue in Customer Portal. For example :-

      https://gohappyalways.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/THUR-7
      

      Actual Results

      You'll be redirected to the JIRA issue view page (https://gohappyalways.atlassian.net/browse/THUR-7) with error :-

      Workaround

      • Access the ticket via "Requests" in the top-right corner of the customer portal page
      • Use the View Request link from customer notification template that customer received when issue created and issue commented.
