Issue Summary

Project key changes and recovery cause Epic to be hidden from boards.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira software team-managed project
2. Create an Epic issue
3. Verify that the Epic is visible in board's Epic panel
4. Update the project key to a different key
5. In the Previous project keys field, remove the old project key
6. Save the new project settings
7. Check the board's Epic panel again. Epic is no longer in it.

Expected Results

Epic should be in the Epic panel.

Actual Results

Existing Epic and new Epic will not show up in the panel.

Workaround

An admin can open the Timeline view and click the Fix my timeline button. This will update the board filter to use the latest project key
