      Problem Definition

      1. Import issues from CSV within a project (for project admins users)
      2. External system import

      If first option which is widely used by all the users in JIRA the assignee field is not available in the drop down mapping field

      Suggested Solution

      Allow Mapping of assignee for Import issues from CSV (for all the users) as we cannot provide administrator right to all the user to perform external system import(JIRA Administration > system > external system import > CSV).
