Issue Summary

CSV import does not provide utility to update "Development" field value.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Settings > System > External system Import > Switch to old experience > Parse CSV file > Select project > Map Development field along with other desired fields. 

Though the import is success but development field would not be imported

Expected Results

Development field value should be updated after import

Actual Results

No value updated to the Development field

Workaround

If it is Bitbucket PR,branch etc, then :

You should connect your existing Bitbucket Cloud or Server instance to your new JIRA Software Cloud instance in order to bring down and populate information in the "Development" panel of JIRA issues (NOTE: this linking will bring down all information like branches, commits and pull requests, if the JIRA Issue keys have not changed post data migration to new instance).
