"Test details" field is being rendered by Add-on specifically X-ray app.

As Jira Cloud doesn't store the fields of the add-on on Atlassian side, it is not feasible to show/select this field as a column in the Jira issue search at this point. 

Please enable the search and export of such fields possible.
