Improve Navigation and Documentation for Issue Layout Configuration

      We would like to request some enhancements related to the navigation and documentation for configuring the issue layout in Jira Software and Jira Service Management.

      A user reported the following issues:

      1. Incorrect Documentation: The current documentation states that users can configure the order of fields and tabs in a project by going to "Project settings > Issue layout." However, "Issue layout" does not exist in the Project settings. Instead, the correct path is "Project settings > Issues > Layout."
      2. Lack of Search Results: When searching for "Issue layout" in the Jira admin interface, there is no relevant information returned, which can lead to confusion and frustration.
      3. Linking Improvements: It would be beneficial to include a direct link to the "Issue layout" configuration page from the "Configure Screen" page. Additionally, adding a link to the documentation for configuring the issue layout (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-layout/) on both the "Configure Screen" page and the "Issue layout" page would streamline navigation.
