      using the 'Shift+Enter' keyboard shortcut to insert a line break, a half-width space is entered instead of the line break.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In Chrome, open Jira/JSM page
      2. open comment or Description field
      3. add text(Japanese) and input 'Shift+Enter' to insert a line break.

      Expected Results

      You can insert a line break.

      Actual Results

      You will see a half-width space is entered instead of a line break sometimes.
      Jira_shift_enter_shortcut_test.mov
      After input "かきくけこ", Shift+Enter became half-width space.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
      It looks on Chrome browser, we can't reproduce it on Firefox.
