Allow rel=”noreferrer” attribute to be specified on links

      Issue Summary

      Implement the rel="noreferrer" tag on all Jira and Confluence links to prevent any referrer information from being sent to the target resource when a user clicks on a link. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1.  Without the tag rel = norefferer tag


      2. With the tag rel=norefferer tag
      We do see referrer policy as  Referrer Policy: no-referrer


      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
