Issue Summary

New issue transition experience has broken Keyboard short Shift+Alt+S to Save and complete the transition

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on the new issue transition experience.
2. Transition an issue to a new state which has a screen configured
3. Enter any data required (e.g. set resolution)
4. Press Shift+Alt+S to "Save" and complete the transition

Expected Results

Users can complete the operation using the keyboard - as is possible using the old issue transition experience.

Actual Results

The old keyboard shortcut no longer works, and there doesn't seem to be a new one.

To turn off the new issue transition experience
