Ability to search by email address on People and teams page

      Problem

      From the People and Teams page (https://<INSTANCE>.atlassian.net/jira/people/search), it is currently only possible to search for the Display Name of the user and not the email address.

      Suggested resolution

      Allow email address to be searchable in addition to the Display Name
