Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)
When editing an issue type layout in a company-managed project, searching for a non-existent field causes the search bar to disappear. Users must refresh the page to search again.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Project Settings in a company-managed project.
- Go to Issues > Layout.
- Select an issue type layout to edit.
- Use the search bar on the right to search for a non-existent field.
Expected Results
The search bar should remain visible, allowing users to modify their search query or try a different search without refreshing the page.
Actual Results
The search bar disappears after searching for a non-existent field, and users must refresh the page to make the search bar reappear and perform another search.

Workaround
