Issue Summary

When setting a value to the date/time picker field in the old transition screen, the value is appended by AM/PM even if the Profile language is set to English UK

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Profile language to English UK
2. Add the Date and Time field to the transition screen
3. In advanced settings, set jira.date.time.picker.java.format to dd/MMM/yy hh:mm
4. Try to set a value to the date/time field in the transition screen
5. You will see that AM/PM is automatically added to the field value
6. Refer to this video for the same

Expected Results

AM/PM should not be added to the field value as per the date and time format described in this article.

Actual Results

AM/PM is appended to the field value

Workaround

You can switch to a new transition screen from Personal settings >> Enable the toggle for New issue transition experience
