Issue Summary

When Jira is set to a language different than English (e.g. German, French, etc.), the "Original Estimate" and "Time Tracking" fields are translated, which prevents users from logging time. The "Save" button is disabled because the "Time Remaining" field is displayed in an invalid format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change your personal language settings to German or French.
2. Set the "Original Estimate" for an issue.
3. Attempt to log time using the "Time Tracking" feature.

Expected Results

The "Original Estimate" and "Time Remaining" fields should not be translated and should always use the format Jira expects (e.g., 1w 1d 1h 1m).

Actual Results

The "Save" button is disabled, and users cannot log time when Jira is set to another language.

Workaround

Switch to the English language. Alternatively, users must manually correct the "Time Remaining" field each time they log work.
